AREA-BASED DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are determined by the selected service area. Phuket ranges from ฿200 to ฿700 depending on location. Khao Lak currently has a ฿500 delivery fee.
MINIMUMS
Most Phuket areas require a minimum of 2 nicotine devices. Cape Panwa/Ao Yon, Ratsada/Ko Kaeo, Cape Yamu and North Phuket require 3. Khao Lak is ฿2,000 minimum or 2 nicotine vapes.
HOTEL, VILLA OR APPROVED MEETING POINT
Customers provide a named location and Google Maps link. Room delivery is not offered; suitable lobbies, entrances and approved meeting points are used.
DELIVERY TIMING
Exact times are not booked through the website. After the request is reviewed, the current delivery estimate is confirmed. Traffic, weather and driver availability can affect timing.
READY BEFORE DISPATCH
A driver is not arranged merely because a website request exists. The customer must confirm they are at the stated location and ready before dispatch.
